PIYP displays the critical practice data on an easy to understand personalized dashboard. With your practice data all in one place, you will know instantly if you are on track to reaching your goals. We have incorporated proven practice management tools, that will allow your dental team to correct underperforming areas. PIYP also integrates automatically with your Quickbooks & Excel accounting software, so you will have an accurate account of your expenses and more importantly your profit. Your personalized PIYP dashboard is available anytime, anywhere and on any device!




Who can use PIYP?


PIYP is a cloud based application that integrates seamlessly with all Dental Practice Management Software.




Is PIYP HIPAA Compliant?


Absolutely. We meet all of the requirements to be called HPAA Compliant. Every team member is assigned a username and password to protect all of your sensitive practice data.




Is my practice information safe?


Your practice information is highly confidential and we take the security of that information very seriously. Your practice data is encrypted and stored on our dedicated HPAA compliant cloud based servers that are monitored every second, 24 hours a day.




What does PIYP cost?


To show our confidence in the Value PIYP will bring to your dental practice, we are offering you the first 30 days absolutely FREE! There are no installation fees, or set up fees, updates are always free and you can cancel at any time. PIYP - Dentrix Connected syncs with Dentrix 5.0 and greater, and has a membership price of just $299 per month. PIYP Interactive works with all Dental Management Practice Software, requires only minutes of daily practice data entry and has a membership price of $199 per month. If you're looking to save some money, we do offer a 10% discount if you elect to make one payment for the year!




Can everyone on my team see all of the information presented?


We understand that some areas of your practice performance should remain private. The owner of the practice will have the option to select which team members have access to sensitive practice managment data.

How do I add a New Team Member?


Go to the Settings Tab, which is the little gear shaped icon at the top right of your main dashboard. Click on 'Team Members' and then click 'ADD+'. You can easily add, remove and edit team member profiles.




What is the difference between Team Member and Admin?


When you are adding a New Team Member, the Super Admin (owner of the practice / person who initially set up the account) will have the authority to assign viewing privileges for each individual team member. The assignment of "Team Member" restricts the user to viewing only their individual team member profile page. The assignment of "Admin" will allow the user to see ALL Team Member profiles, including reviews, job description, etc. Also, they will have access to Practice Set up, Account, All Team Members, Practice Goals and Individual Goals. The Super Admin will also have the choice to provide access to view Overhead (QuickBooks) by simply choosing 'yes' or 'no' for "View Overhead / Expenses"




How do Team Member's set up their login / password?


Each time you create a New Team Member, in setting up that Team Member you will be asked to enter an email address for them. Once you have completed and submitted the Team Member profile an email will automically be sent to the email address you entered for that Team Member with instructions to set up their individual password.




Can we use PIYP in a Multi Doctor office?


Yes. We have designed PIYP to accomodate as many team members as your practice has. PIYP wil track each provider individually, along with collectively, allowing you to monitor individual and team performance and track results.




Can I track multiple sources of income streams?


Yes, you can track multiple sources of income based on different Dentrix ID's. If you are tracking certain sources of income streams with specific Dentrix ID's you can track those production tools individaully by creating category specific team members. You can accomplish this by going to: (1) Systems (2) Team Members (3) Add a Team Member (4) Where you entered the Team Members Name, enter the name you want to give the source of income stream you are tracking. Such as Medicaid, Delta Dental PPO, etc. (5) You will need to enter an email address for each provider. You can use a fake email address, simply use the email address you used for the provider that is associated with this particular income stream and add a 1, 2, or 3 at the end of the local part of that email address (before the @). (6) Then select the Dentrix ID that is associated with that source of income. These individual categories will appear as providers in either Doctor Production or Hygiene Production and you will be able to track individually these income streams. The grand totals for all oroduction / income streams will be represented in "Production" on the main dashboard.




How do I integrate PIYP into my everyday practice life?


To get the most out of PIYP, we strongly encourage you to make your team part of the onboarding process as you set up your personalized dashboard. Can I use more than one Dentrix ID for a single provider?


Yes, you can track multiple sources of income based on different Dentrix ID's. Is there a fee for for new versions or updates?


We will continue to make PIYP the absolute best practice management resource available through enhancements and additional tools. Most importantly our PIYP members will not see a fee increase for these future upgrades.




How are goals calculated?


Goals are calculated by the sum of the individual providers daily goal production, multiplied by the number of working days. For example: Let's say the doctor has 200 working days for the year, and the daily goal is $3,000. The annual production goal would be $600,000.




What is pacing and what do the arrows and numbers mean?


Pacing is a mechanism to show how individual providers and the practice as a whole, are "pacing" towards their daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
